We are a very stable team with low turnover. Fairness and diversity are Androgogic core values.

The role

The role is as a Service Desk Technician with a development pathway to specialise in an aspect of supporting and managing Androgogic’s edition of the Totara Learning Management System.

This is a permanent part time (20hrs/week), work from home technical support position with the Androgogic Professional Services Team. In addition to frontline technical support, the successful applicant will over time develop and increase their skills and responsibilities in one of the following areas:

  • Upgrade and migration specialisation
  • Learner data management specialisation

Totara is a modern and feature rich LXP which is currently in use by in excess of 20 million users worldwide. The Totara Learn LMS provides benefits such as ease of use, innovative and vibrant learning and teaching tools and a vibrant and active community. It also has many additional features which have been specifically crafted to address professional development and training requirements.

The Totara LMS is extensible using a sophisticated ‘add-on’ architecture. Androgogic has used this extensibility to add the ‘Totara Androgogic Edition Add-ons’ , a set of robust add-ons. These add-ons further extend Totara’s rich feature set with additional capabilities directly focused on the needs of Australian organisations and their professional development and training and compliance needs.

The technical support component of this role requires working with Androgogic client-partners and other Androgogic staff via phone, web and email to provide first class support to clients for online learning and other educational technology applications and services provided by Androgogic.
