MedHealth wins at LearnX 2022

Androgogic is pleased to share that MedHealth won Best LMS at the LearnX Awards in late 2022.

LearnX Live is a trusted awards program which recognises excellence in Learning and Development. Run since 2008, the summit and awards show are highly attended every year. In 2022, Androgogic and client-partners won 9 awards across a variety of award segments.

MedHealth won Best Learning and Talent LMS and supports thousands of people annually to achieve better work and health outcomes. Their resources and services support around 435 000 people every year from more than 350 locations across Australia and digitally. MedHealth was Ranked #2 in the Australian Financial Review Boss “Best Places to Work” 2022 Awards in the Health Industry Category.

The opportunity

Medhealth required a platform that could help engage and develop their people across the organisation. The goal was to train, retain, and empower their employees and to deploy a platform for the delivery of courses and resources for annual accreditation.

Medhealth required easy navigation with a consistent look and feel, a secure system, and the ability to automate basic tasks, as well as the ability to have all of their learning on one system.

The solution

Androgogic worked with MedHealth to deliver a platform for the delivery of courses and resources. These resources support annual accreditation and continuous improvement for MedHealth staff.

A consistent look and feel for the system, including WCAG 2.1 compliant accessibility, means that users can easily navigate and find the learning they need. Dashboards are configured so that they show the most important information based on the role of the user.

Learners can easily track their progress and find a record of the work they’ve completed. Using the Audiences functionality in the Totara Talent Experience Platform, learners automatically have access to specific learning they need to undertake, ensuring their knowledge is up to date and relevant.

The system includes security checks-and-balances in a role-based permission hierarchy. Information flows in and out of the platform with Androgogic’s bespoke AndroSync and AndroExport modules, which are integrated with MedHealth’s HR systems.

The results

The platform has been a resounding success for MedHealth. It has consolidated all of their learning into one easy to navigate platform, automated processes such as annual certifications and enrolments, delivered blended learning to assist learners to thrive at work.

Kimberly Becker, Learning & Development Coordinator at Medhealth, said:

“We have seen the number of enrolments in MedHealth Academy programs increase by 31%, which shows we are hitting the right mark with both topics and communication. With learn@MedHealth, we have implemented a best practice learning management system that empowers team members to own their learning journey.”
