Northern Health, a valued Androgogic client-partner, won Best LMS at LearnX Live 2021 in November last year.

The LearnX Live awards recognise excellence in Learning and Development. The trusted awards show has run annually since 2008. In 2020, Androgogic and partners won seven LearnX Live awards recognising work from client-partners such as First Nations Foundation, Austin Health, Endeavour Foundation, and Griffith University.

This year, Androgogic won 18 awards alongside our client-partners, including Northern Health.

Northern Health is the major provider of acute, maternity, sub-acute and specialist services in Melbourne’s rapidly growing outer north. 

Northern Health needed to migrate from their legacy systems to allow multiple stakeholders to run their own training on the LMS. and implement a change management process that would facilitate the changeover.

Androgogic deployed Totara Learn which allowed facilitators to manage, track, report and deliver education and learning initiatives across all services, in line with the organisation’s evolving Learning and Development strategy. Implementing Totara Learn meant that the number of learning technologies in the organisation could be consolidated from three to only one. 

Change management materials were integrated into the LMS by storing self-help guides, policies, processes, style guides, course templates and shared content on the site. Scheduling and training asset management features allow multiple stakeholders to run synchronous training sessions online and offline without conflicts. The 24-hour availability of the site allowed learners to undertake asynchronous training out of hours.
