Royal Melbourne Hospital and Androgogic win Totara’s Best Healthcare Project - Asia Pacific
Androgogic is delighted to announce that their work with Royal Melbourne Hospital has been named Best Healthcare Project Asia Pacific in the Totara Global Awards 2022.
The Totara Awards recognise the most innovative, impactful implementations across the entire global Totara network. This year’s awards saw an influx of entries related to the Totara Talent Experience Platform (TXP), which initially launched in October 2020, with customer stories showcasing the great work of customers and Totara Partners alike with new products Totara Engage and Totara Perform, alongside flagship product Totara Learn.
Many of this year’s entries revealed how organisations in all sectors leveraged learning, employee engagement and performance management to tackle COVID-19, with lots of truly inspiring and creative approaches to a challenging couple of years. That’s why this year, Totara decided to offer regional awards in the healthcare category, recognising the high standard of the projects in this extremely competitive category.
Royal Melbourne Hospital’s project with Androgogic underpinned a culture of continuous learning across the organisation - all throughout the pandemic. Thanks to Totara, Royal Melbourne Hospital’s managers now save around 1,000 hours on learning administration a month, and average users per month have increased by 50%. This solution supports everything from onboarding to compliance, and student placements to ongoing learning, making it a vital component of Royal Melbourne Hospital’s learning strategy.
Lars Hyland, Chief Learning Officer at Totara, said: “We are delighted to see how Royal Melbourne Hospital managed to build and launch their new Totara platform during the pandemic, supported by Androgogic’s expertise in the healthcare sector. The time saved is invaluable for busy hospital HR and learning professionals, and is a testament to Androgogic’s ability to create Totara solutions tailored to each organisation’s exact requirements.”
