St John of God Health Care wins best LMS at LearnX 2021
St John of God Health Care, one of Androgogic’s valued client-partners, won Best LMS at LearnX Live 2021 in November last year.
The LearnX Live awards recognise excellence in Learning and Development. The trusted awards program has run annually since 2008. In 2020, Androgogic and partners won seven LearnX Live awards recognising work from client-partners such as First Nations Foundation, Austin Health, Endeavour Foundation, and Griffith University.
This year, Androgogic won 18 awards alongside our client-partners, including St John of God Health Care (SJGHC) who are a large not-for-profit healthcare organisation based in Australia and New Zealand. With over 25 facilities including hospitals, home nursing services, disability services, mental health and community outreach services, SJGHC required an LMS that provided:
- Accurate and trustworthy compliance data
- An accessible, user-friendly, and responsive interface
- Standardised, quality course materials that could be accessed anywhere
- Content and data that met accreditation and legislative requirements
- Timely data integration, and
- An accessible and available support model with a support team based in Australia
Androgogic delivered with SJGHC’s new LMS called My Learning, a customised Totara Learn site. Our Service Desk team are available in extended hours for technical support in Australia and assist with their queries in a timely manner. The clean, responsive interface allows learning to be accessible anytime, anywhere, and on any device.
Since the site went live for learners, SJGHC has been very pleased to migrate over 276 courses, learning records for 15,000 users and 35 compliance certifications to Totara Learn. The courses were redesigned and published using Articulate.
Corina Roman, the project manager at St John of God Health Care, said:
“Our team valued the collaborative communication and change management expertise of Androgogic during the project to increase our own knowledge of how to respond to project challenges together and take advantage of Totara LMS functionality. In particular we value our membership of the Androgogic Totara Health forum that provides access to the shared experiences of over 60 healthcare organisations.”
