Androgogic named APAC Top Seller for the sixth year running in 2020 Totara Awards
Androgogic has been named the APAC Top Seller for the sixth year running in the 2020 Totara Awards, as well as scooping an award for Best Sport & Lifestyle Project for their work with Australian Football League Coaches Association.
Androgogic has consistently received the APAC Top Seller award since 2015, showing their dedication to helping organisations take control of their learning with Totara’s adaptable learning solutions. In 2020, they joined the Totara Alliance Partner programme, which recognises top-tier Totara Partners.
The Best Sport & Lifestyle Project award recognises Androgogic’s work with their customer, the Australian Football League (AFL) Coaches Association. This learning management system (LMS), called ‘Tackle Your Feelings’, equips coaches and volunteers working in Australian football with the skills to support mental wellbeing across the sport.
Tackle Your Feelings supports over 60,000 coaches, committee members, Australian Rules football clubs, children and their families to help create mentally healthy communities.
The impact of COVID-19 prompted temporary changes in the program, with planned in-person training instead switching to online delivery. The ability to integrate virtual seminars in Totara Learn ensured that engagement sessions between program participants, facilitators and psychologists were just as successful as the regular in-person training sessions. They’re very active in the L&D community and I congratulate the team for winning this highly contested award for another year. I look forward to seeing what they will do with the new Talent Experience Platform.”
AFL Coaches Association’s sister organisation, the Australian Football League (AFL) won the Best Sport & Lifestyle Project award in 2019, recognising the excellence of the learning provision across the sport thanks to their continuing work with Androgogic.
