Uniting Agewell wins Best LMS at LearnX 2021

Uniting Agewell, a valued Androgogic client-partner, won Best Learning Management System at LearnX Live 2021 in November last year.

The LearnX Live awards recognise excellence in Learning and Development. The trusted awards show has run annually since 2008. In 2020, Androgogic and partners won seven LearnX Live awards recognising work from client-partners such as First Nations Foundation, Austin Health, Endeavour Foundation, and Griffith University.

This year, Androgogic won 18 awards alongside our client-partners, including Uniting Agewell.

Uniting AgeWell delivers aged care services to both community and residential-based clients across Victoria and Tasmania. As a large growing organisation, their employee numbers were expected to almost double in a short number of years.

In this time of significant growth, it was important to ensure employees were regularly refreshing their skills and were up to date with regulatory compliance training, and to be able to use their LMS as the primary tool to accomplish this. As such it was critical that the LMS was engaging and created positive learning experiences for users.

Androgogic implemented Totara Learn to deliver a wide variety of training in on-the-job, mentoring, and formal settings. The changeover to the new LMS was seamless, with no downtime, and the system automatically integrated with Uniting Agewell’s HR systems.

The LMS present Uniting Agewell employees with a smooth user experience through Single Sign On, personalised dashboards, and collaborative learning opportunities for all staff.

With over 300 LMS deployments under our belt, Androgogic incorporated our best practice methodologies from the fields of education technology, usability and accessibility, graphic design, project management, and change management to create an award-winning system with Uniting Agewell.
