Earlier this week, the Brandon Hall Group reviewed the Totara Talent Experience Platform (TXP), highlighting its top quality configurability and flexibility.

In a post on Totara’s blog, David Wentworth, Principal Analyst at Brandon Hall Group, described Totara as having “created one of the most engaging interfaces in the industry.” He praised the configurability and flexibility of the platform, highlighting that it not only delivers just-in-time training, but manages complex certification and compliance needs. The blog post also notes the value of the Totara Talent Experience Platform being open source.

David emphasises how easily learning is found and delivered, and how it is supported by the TXP’s Microsoft Teams integration with Totara Engage. “This way, learners who are already working within Teams can still get the layout and recommendations provided by Totara Engage without switching platforms.”

Overall, the Totara Talent Experience Platform is given top marks in configurability, flexibility, freedom, and adaptability.  

The Totara Talent Experience Platform is a learning experience platform which serves learning, collaboration, and performance. It was released in October, 2020.
